Cold Chain Handling
All lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but we ship all orders in thermal bubble mailers. During summer months, ice packs are included at no extra cost to prevent degradation.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will ship the following business day.
