1. Research Use Only

All products sold by PeptideLab are intended exclusively for laboratory research and development purposes. These products are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications.

Warning: The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products must be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.

2. Not for Human Consumption

Buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by PeptideLab for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.

Buyer expressly represents and warrants to PeptideLab that Buyer will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from PeptideLab and/or materials produced with products purchased from PeptideLab in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptideLab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

PeptideLab shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, unsuccessful act of the Buyer, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of PeptideLab's business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, strikes or other labor difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm or other acts of God.
